Who we are

This website is operated by MERA TRADING LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, trading as White Shore Wipes. For anything in this policy, write to EMAIL.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the inquiry form:

  • Your name
  • Company or brand name
  • Email address or WhatsApp number
  • Target market, product line and any requirements you describe

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare pricing and samples, and keep a record of the commercial conversation. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business-to-business inquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract where one is concluded.

Who sees it

  • Our commercial team in the United States, who answer the inquiry
  • Our sourcing team in the APAC region, where a project requires it
  • The email or messaging service that delivers the notification to us
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the site and processes the form request

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to three years after the last contact, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

International transfers

Our team operates across the United States and the APAC region, and projects are handled by staff in both. If you contact us from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, your data may be transferred outside that area. We rely on your request to receive a quote as the basis for that transfer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to EMAIL and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It loads no third-party scripts.

Complaints

If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
